Metacon-Next was created in 2021 from a merger between the family business Metacon Metaalwarenfabriek from Gouda and Next Door Systems from Emmeloord.<\/p>\n

Next Door Systems

Next Door Systems was founded in 2010. Since then, the company has grown into a renowned company in the field of fire-resistant total solutions, among other things. In 2017, the company moved into its premises at Randweg 19 in Emmeloord, and by 2020, the company had more than 25 employees.<\/p>\n

Metacon<\/strong><\/p>\n

Metacon was founded in 1927. The company started out as a tinsmith, but after a few years switched to manufacturing bicycles, sledges, tricycles and child seats for the private market.
\nIn the 1950s, Metacon decided to focus on construction and industry.
\nIn 1980, Metacon became a supplier of steel sun blinds, industrial roller shutters and construction works. In the years that followed, Metacon grew to become a major player in the market for the manufacture of fire-resistant doors, burglar-proof roller shutters, sun protection systems and construction works.

Metacon-Next has become a leading manufacturer and specialist in fire and burglary protection solutions.<\/p>\n

The products are developed in-house by the Research & Development department based on market requirements and, of course, in accordance with the latest standards. Metacon-Next distinguishes itself through its wide range of certified products and is motivated and ambitious in its efforts to further expand this range.<\/p>\n

By 2026, Metacon-Next has almost 100 employees and is active in more than 70 countries.<\/p>\n
